Students also speak highly of humanutopia, an external team who support senior leaders’ drive to promote students’ emotional resilience, and social, moral, spiritual and cultural development successfully. Actions like this and improvements across the academy are encouraging students’ better attendance. From well below that found nationally in 2011, rates are now broadly similar.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks again to your team for a fantastic day and the difference I have no doubt it will make on our student’s lives. I feel passionate about the issues that were raised and know it was so relevant to the issues students face today.

You have an outstanding team and working with you all was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Thank you for all the energy you both put into the preparation and the day itself and for bringing along a group of people who perfectly complemented our team and always had a smile on their faces. I have worked with so many different organisations in the past and yours has something magic to it – spirit, vision and originality
